Information you choose to share
The enquiry tool prepares your name, business, contact information and brief in your browser. It does not submit or store this information on our server. You choose whether to send it through WhatsApp or email.
Why we use information
Information received through your chosen channel is used to answer your enquiry, agree project work, provide support and keep necessary business records. Client business data remains client data and is not used for unrelated commercial purposes without permission.
Privacy and credentials
Do not send passwords, identity documents, customer databases or financial information through ordinary enquiries. Sensitive project access needs a separately agreed secure method.
Anonymous visit measurement
If you choose to allow anonymous analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand general page use. We do not send enquiry content, email addresses, phone numbers or other direct identifiers to analytics. You can choose not to allow analytics without affecting the website’s main functions.
Hosting and third parties
Our hosting provider processes technical requests needed to deliver and protect this website. Email and WhatsApp operate under their own privacy terms. Providers may process information outside Sri Lanka; project-specific arrangements should address any relevant requirements.
Retention and your choices
Information should be kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, agreed work or applicable record obligations. You may ask about access, correction or deletion using our business email. Requests may require reasonable identity verification.
Security and updates
We use appropriate access restrictions and transport protection. No system offers absolute security. We update this page when practices change; a signed agreement may set additional project-specific terms.
