The site uses browser protections that help prevent unsafe file types, unwanted framing and mixed insecure content. Admin access uses protected sessions, trusted request checks and limits on repeated sign-in attempts.
Client materials remain yours
Your business data, customer information, logos, original text, photographs, documents and trademarks remain your property. Processing them inside a system does not transfer ownership to GenVibe.
Privacy by default
We request only information needed for the agreed work. Confidential information is not published as portfolio evidence without approval.
Security throughout the project
Appropriate access controls, validation, updates and secure transport are considered according to the project. We never promise an unhackable system or permanent freedom from vulnerabilities.
Certification statements
We do not claim ISO, PCI DSS or any other independent security certification for this public website unless it has been formally awarded and published here. If your project needs a specific compliance standard, we can discuss the requirement before work begins.
Clear project ownership
Rights in custom code, designs and other deliverables follow your project agreement. Where transfer depends on full payment and acceptance, those conditions must be recorded. Third-party software and assets retain their original licences.
Responsible handover
Where included, handover can cover source code, documentation, administrative access and deployment guidance. Credentials use an agreed secure channel, not ordinary documentation. Unnecessary access should be removed after completion.
