Services, scope and quotations
The agreed proposal defines deliverables, exclusions, timing, responsibilities and cost. Website descriptions are general information, not a binding quote. Changes to scope need documented approval.
Client responsibilities
Clients should provide materials they are authorised to use, accurate instructions, timely feedback and agreed access. Delays or changes can affect the delivery schedule and should be discussed.
Payments and ownership
Payments are arranged directly through cash or bank transfer; this website does not process them. Your existing business data, logos, content and other original materials remain yours. Rights in custom deliverables follow the signed agreement, including any full-payment and handover conditions.
Third-party technology and hardware
Libraries, platforms, fonts and third-party assets remain subject to their licences. Hardware availability, support and manufacturer warranties must be confirmed in the scope. We do not claim manufacturer-authorised warranty coverage.
Marketing and outcomes
Search rankings, revenue, sales, leads and follower counts are not guaranteed. Marketing results depend on factors beyond a single provider’s control.
Privacy, security and backups
Project information is restricted to the agreed purpose. Security duties, secure access methods, backup responsibilities and recovery expectations should be agreed for each project. Do not send credentials through ordinary contact forms.
Delivery, acceptance and support
The agreement defines review, acceptance, handover and support coverage. Additional work or support outside that scope may be chargeable after agreement.
Suspension, termination and disputes
The signed agreement should define notice, suspension or termination rights, outstanding obligations, liability provisions and applicable governing terms. These depend on the engagement and must be reviewed appropriately; this page does not invent universal legal limits.

We may update website content and features. Information is provided with reasonable care but availability and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Current terms are dated above.
